Mission Statement

Southwest Waste & Recycling, LLC was founded by Jim Goltz and his lovely wife Ann in 2005.

Jim and Ann knew there was a better way to conduct business in the solid waste and recycling industry. Southwest Waste & Recycling was founded on the principal that "there is no substitute for service." This is the philosophy by which we at Southwest Waste & Recycling operate each and everyday.

Jim and Ann have almost 40 years of combined solid waste experience.  Their experience covers all aspects of the waste and recycling industry from recycling markets, managing multi-million dollar operations to servicing some of the largest corporations in the nation.

In 5 short years, Southwest Waste & Recycling has grown from a two person operation into a leading independent waste and recycling hauler in the Phoenix area.  "By putting its customers first".
